The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access is a huge benefit. Really enjoy this place! I would highly recommend it to everyone, no matter what your fitness goals are.

New Smyrna Athletic Club is bigger than it looks. About three distinct sections of equipment, plus a group exercise room and day care. They always give away hot dogs and chili in front of their place during the annual Christmas parade.
Great staff that helps you out with everything you need. Love that it's 24hrs, can't beat it. Would recommend this gym to everyone.
It is a fantastic gym with no "gymmicks"! Great staff and a floor plan made for the best workouts!

I have been training since 2001. The gym offers a variety of free weights and machines that targets both the beginners and the hardcore body builders. The staff and trainers are spot on and the best in the field.
I have been a member of NSAC for three years, and this is truly my gym. The first day I walked in, I knew it was the right place for me as I had been doing weight training for a year and a half at that time in a much smaller gym. The energy, weight room, and other members, both young and old, inspire me every day. I recommend NSAC very highly!
