A note from Andrew...

Here’s to some great weather for the end of March and let’s hope it stays that way in April. Thank you to all our seasonal members for your patronage at the club and we look forward to seeing you all again next year. We hope you have a safe journey back up north.

This is the time of year we look to make improvements to the club, so if you see a piece of equipment that’s not working quite right, or have some ideas on what we can enhance here at the club, feel free to share your thoughts with us at the front desk or if you visit the club after hours feel free to leave a note at the desk and we’ll take a look at it during business hours. We do our best to cater to all our members needs and address any concerns or equipment issues in a timely manner whenever possible.

From all the staff at NSAC, we appreciate you choosing our club as your gym since we know you have a choice and recognize the fact you chose us as the club you frequent to meet your fitness goals.

Mar L. - "Great place to workout, a lot bigger than it looks from the outside! They have flat, incline and decline benches. Smith machines, squat racks ,lots of free weights and everything thing else you need to get those gains. The owner and staff are amazing and really friendly. There’s always coffee at the door during business hours to give you a little boost to get through your workout. There’s 2 gyms within walking distance of my house but I would rather make the 12 minuet drive to work out here. By far the best gym in the area with great membership prices."
